Heat shrinkable break-outs, type EN
Heat shrinkable cable break-outs are mainly used to protect cable terminations against moisture.
- special inside wall sealant guarantees tightness
- easy shrinking assembly with soft yellow flame or more than 135ºC hot air
- suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications
- the shrinking parts should be at least 5mm larger than the cable diameter
- the cable should be cleaned and pre-heated before sealing
- start shrinking in the middle of the breakout and continue up and down to the ends
